Phase III - Winterhaven
GFSB, Phase III, Winterhaven, is being prepared for presentation to IRT.
Winterhaven will place a currently zoned business property into a Conservation Easement and Stream Easement concurrently, to be helped by the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District.
Winterhaven will protect approximately 2,178 LF of stream reach, with a combination of protection and enhancement.
